Financial Information

Our practice can only serve our patients fairly by stating a clear financial policy.

Our practice is committed to provide the highest quality care possible at reasonable fees. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered.   Every effort is made to provide detailed statement of surgical fees prior to surgery although reimbursement from insurance companies is not always predictable.

Account balances must be paid within 90 days of date of service to avoid collection fees. Although our practice will make every effort to facilitate claims with your insurance carrier, the ultimate responsibility for payment rests with the patient. We appreciate the confidence you have placed in our practice and we invite you to consult one of our skilled patient care representatives for further information or questions.

At Cary Oral Surgery Center, we understand that the financial aspects of healthcare can be difficult to understand and confusing. Our office will try to do everything we can to help you.

Any questions regarding your account can be promptly answered by contacting our business office at 461-0110.
